Who you are contracting with
GoldernAura.com is operated by Katia Pinquieve, trading as Golden Aura (GoldernAura.com). When you use this site or buy a product, you are entering into an agreement with Katia Pinquieve. By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms.
Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Digital products
All Golden Aura products are digital subliminal audio recordings and companion PDFs delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. You must be of legal age to purchase.
License and intellectual property
Golden Aura retains ownership of all audio, affirmations, artwork, branding and site content. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private listening. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sample, remix or publicly broadcast Golden Aura audio.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, share or resell access, or interfere with site security (including malware, probing or scraping).
Accounts
Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Service availability
We aim to keep the site and your library available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The products are provided as-is, without implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law, and make no promise of specific results.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Prices, product names and bundle contents may change. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides.
